Summer Cooling

Since the beginning of summer, the temperature has been rising, bringing considerable "baking" test to the staff of the workshop. Since July 11th, in order to raise efficiency in a high-temperature work, ensure hot weather work labor protection, minimize the adverse effects of hot weather factors to the health and safety of workers, and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of the majority of workers' labour safety and health, to the workshop workers in the summer heat to stick to their posts to express their respect and care. The condolence group to put each cool gift bag to each worker's hand, urge them to pay attention to rest, do not work for the heat of the body.

Activity site, the condolence team to the front-line workers issued ice-cream, essential balm, patchouli water and other items to prevent heat stroke, and talk with them, detailed understanding of the workers on the high temperature labour protection claims, to understand the current life and work in the actual situation. Employees have expressed that the care of the "cool" into the work of the "enthusiasm", to complete the work with a fuller state of mind.

This year, Trust-k Cordage activity of "Summer Cooling" focusing on the difficulties of the workers, researching the needs of the workers, improving the work measures, and effectively improving the happiness and satisfaction of the workers and the masses. It is reported that from mid-July to the end of mid-August, the condolence team brought summer comfort goods for more than 100 workers, and provided summer health services to help workers strengthen the awareness of labour protection in high-temperature work and improve self-protection ability.
