The Provincial Federation of Trade Unions will guide the construction of enterprise associations in Dawenkou Industrial Park through a spot work group

April 20, Shandong Federation of Trade unions in Dawenkou Industrial Park, accompanied by the director of the working committee,

came to Taian Trust-K Cordage Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. field visit, guide the enterprise to build the association.

Through face-to-face discussions with enterprise representatives and communication with employees, the site team has a detailed

understanding of the production and operation situation of the enterprise and the thoughts and expectations of the employees,

finds out the problems existing in the establishment of the enterprise, dispelled doubts, formulated solutions, guided the holding

of the founding meeting of the trade union, helped to review the relevant election materials, ormulated election methods, and

approved the agenda of the meeting. To give specific guidance on the important links of the electoral process.Under the active

promotion of the working group,Taian Trust-K Cordage  industry and trade Co., Ltd. held the first session of the first member of the

General Assembly on April 21.The conference opened with a solemn national anthem. The leading group for the preparation of

trade unions reported on the preparatory work for the establishment of the trade unions, and the general Assembly approved the

list of candidates for the committee, and voted on the election method and the vote-monitors and vote-counters.
